Please read carefully: By downloading or using Border Cam, you acknowledge that the Application is an independent, third-party viewer tool with no affiliation to any government agency, border authority, or camera operator. All camera feeds are sourced from publicly available servers controlled by external parties. Border Cam exercises no control over such content.
By accessing, downloading, or using the Border Cam mobile application ("Application"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.
Border Cam is a passive aggregation and display service. The Application functions solely as a viewer interface that retrieves and displays publicly accessible traffic camera feeds from European border crossing points.
Specifically:
Important: Camera feeds displayed in Border Cam are provided by independent third-party organizations (government agencies, national road authorities, traffic services, etc.). Any interruption, degradation, or unavailability of camera streams is caused exclusively by those third-party providers and is completely beyond our control.
We make no representations or warranties regarding:
Camera feeds may be offline, delayed, or unavailable at any time without notice, and for reasons entirely outside our control including but not limited to: server maintenance, technical failures, policy changes, or decommissioning by the camera operator.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; (B) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE APPLICATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (C) ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BORDER CAM AND ITS DEVELOPERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
All camera images, video streams, and related content displayed in the Application are the property of their respective owners (including government bodies and road authorities). Border Cam does not claim any ownership rights over such content.
The Application displays this content in good faith as publicly accessible data. If you are a rights holder and believe your content is being displayed improperly, please contact us at silayolusmart@gmail.com and we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action.
Border Cam is intended solely for informational purposes to assist users in planning their travel. The Application must not be used as a substitute for official travel guidance, safety advisories, or border authority information.
Users should always verify border conditions through official government sources before making travel decisions. Do not use the Application while driving.
The Application displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. These advertisements help fund the continued development and maintenance of Border Cam at no cost to users. By using the Application, you acknowledge and accept the display of third-party advertisements.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the developer is domiciled, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
